Our Founder
Patricia Bagby, President and CEO of PBBD Enterprises, is a highly regarded consultant, trainer, professional development coach, and keynote speaker. She has presented training workshops on fair employment practices, preventing sexual harassment, work force diversity, employee drug abuse, EEO compliance, Family Medical Leave Act, Americans With Disabilities Act, AIDS in the workplace, leadership training, and employment law regulations. Workshop participants get a fresh perspective on dealing with uncomfortable workplace issues and find common ground for feedback and decision making. Our services are customized for each individual client depending on your particular needs, the size and composition of your workforce, organizational structure, and whether or not you contract with government agencies.
Ms. Bagby has more than thirty years experience in human resources management. Specializing in employment law compliance and positive employee relations, we inspire, motivate, and create winners by fostering a better work environment. Employees and managers are empowered with skills to deal with all aspects of a diverse workforce and human relations. An objective Independent Fact Finder, Ms. Bagby, is frequently retained to investigate EEO complaints and allegations of workplace misconduct.
Ms. Bagby established her Human Resources Management Consulting Firm in 1987. She has personal insight and experience in the unique challenges of owning and managing a successful business, allowing her to focus on where the client needs her most. Her background includes civil service, corporate and non-profit organizations, health care administration, academic and vocational education, volunteerism, law enforcement, corrections, energy and construction industries.
